My path to naturopathic medicine began during university, when I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition after struggling to find answers through conventional care. A naturopathic approach ultimately helped put my condition into remission, inspiring me to pursue a career focused on natural healing and root-cause medicine.
I’m passionate about investigating the “why” behind symptoms and chronic illness — looking beyond symptom management to uncover what’s really going on. I believe every patient deserves a personalized care plan, practical education, and the tools to support long-term wellness.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, my dog, and exploring the outdoors around Markham.

My path to chiropractic care was shaped by years of hands-on experience across a wide range of health settings. After completing my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Professional Kinesiology, I shadowed physiotherapists, chiropractors, and hospital teams all while working at Village Wellness Clinic as a Chiropractic Health Assistant. That time here deepened my passion for patient care and led me to Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic in 2023.
I’m an evidence-based chiropractor who believes that no two bodies are the same and that treatment should always be tailored to fit each person’s unique needs, goals, and pace. In addition to chiropractic care, I’m licensed in functional Western medical acupuncture and hold a BoneFit™ certificate through Osteoporosis Canada, allowing me to support patients dealing with bone health concerns.
My background spans high-performance sport, occupational wellness, and chronic disease. I’ve worked with varsity athletes, provided field care for the University of Toronto’s men’s rugby team, and gained occupational health experience at Toronto Fire Services and Michael Garron Hospital. During my intern year at CMCC, I also worked extensively with surgical patients, geriatric individuals, and athletes. That experience allows me to provide effective, thoughtful care across the spectrum.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy digital art on my iPad, running, and the occasional kayaking adventure.

My journey into chiropractic care has always been rooted in one belief — that the body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right support.
After spending the first decade of my career as a Chiropractic Associate, I launched my own practice and have had the privilege of sharing the power of chiropractic care across Ontario and in Australia.
I’m passionate about taking a whole-body, whole-person approach to care and looking beyond symptoms to uncover what’s really going on and finding a path forward that works for you. Whether you’re dealing with pain, restricted movement, or simply want to feel your best, I’m here to help you express your true health, naturally.
I’ve also completed additional certifications in Kinesiology and Pediatrics, allowing me to support patients of all ages and walks of life.
Outside the practice, I enjoy yoga and cherishing time with my family. I can’t wait to welcome you in and get to know you better when you book your next visit!

I’m especially focused on injury rehabilitation, postural support, pain management, and stress relief. I view massage therapy as a holistic and empowering approach to healing, with the goal of relieving discomfort, restoring function, and improving quality of life.

I have a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques, specializing in soft tissue and deep tissue release. I approach each treatment with an individualized focus, working to adapt each session to my client’s specific needs and wellness goals.
